For years I have pursued the art of combining the value of craftsmanship
with respect for service. Here rules co-exist , common sense and mutual respect.
To be carried out with rigour, service requires culture,
time and investment. The protocol I present represents a shared right and duty:
observing it is a guarantee of effectiveness and efficiency.

A profession born to serve, at the service of all. The term “snob” is considered a contraction of the Latin phrase sine nobilitate – “without nobility”. The etymology suggests a popular origin: in English dialect, “snob” referred to the shoemaker, the craftsman, the one who works with his hands. In 19th-century British universities, “sine nobilitate” was noted next to the names of students of non-noble origin.
QUALITY is everything that happens even when no one is looking.
Hair and beard frame the face of humanity: they are the only natural clothing, and as such we learn to wear them. Clothes that make us feel good, that identify us. Clothes that are flexible, changeable in shape and color, for pleasure and not just necessity.
Listening is the foundation. Evaluation is the tool.
