Protocol
• The operator is required to wear disposable gloves and an FFP2 mask*.
(in case of epidemics, flu, or other needs)*
• The tools used will be washed, sanitized, sterilized, and bagged for each customer service.
• The room will be ventilated after each guest service.
• Hair cutting and shampoo kits are strictly disposable, sanitized, and packaged.
• Sanitizing hand wipes are provided for single use.
• Furniture, armchairs, countertops, mirrors, and the sink will be sanitized for each guest with specific, certified products.
• The products used for customer services are in glass or aluminum containers for sanitization.
• The entire residence is sanitized with certification.
• The air in the room is sanitized using disinfectant sprays used by civil aviation.
The steps
Temperature measurement via a thermo scanner for all guests.
1. Have your hands sanitized with special gel.
2. Disposable latex/polythene gloves will be provided.
3. The guest will have a medical mask available if needed.
4. Disposable shoe covers will be provided.
5. The guest will have a disposable kimono available.
6. The guest proceeds to the changing room, where they will find a disposable coat cover.
7. The guest may proceed to the relaxation area or restroom area where they will be the only guest.
8. All areas will be sanitized after each use.
9. The staff member sanitizes their hands.
10. The guest sits on the chair.
11. Disposable cutting capes and disposable neck wraps are used for dressing.
12. Terrycloth and cotton towels are sanitized with single use during each wash. (The laundry specializes and is certified in sanitization and the use of eco-sustainable products and methods.)
13. Towel covers are made of tailored, waterproof fabric.
14. All products are eco-sustainable and come in easily sanitized glass containers.
15. Beard shaving or shaving services will be performed by an operator wearing a medical-grade face shield.
16. For payments by card or cash, the protocol requires gloves to be provided upon entry.
